Abby Winkworth

Abby works with leadership teams to provide insight and objectivity—key foundations for designing and delivering strategic change.

Abby brings over 25 years of leadership experience in professional services, having served as a Partner, and Chief Operations Officer and commercial Director for both SME and Top 60 law firms. Latterly, Abby has been advising both law firms and accountancy practices as they tackle the challenges of increasing performance, demonstrating revenue growth and effecting merger integration.

Abby is highly experienced at both a strategic and ‘hands-on’ operational level – developing the strategy, building energy for implementation, ensuring execution, and emphasising partnership, shared understanding and mutual respect.

Her approach is collaborative – working alongside individual or groups to identify needs, co-create solutions and implementing changes together. By working “with” the people, she fosters a sense of ownership, reduces resistance and increases the likelihood of successful change initiatives

Abby has experience of working with UK, international and multinational organisations, Private Equity backed firms, mergers and acquisition, including negotiation, rebranding and merger integration, value creation, recruitment of lateral hires and teams.

Abby is a trustee of The Good Impact Group and actively supports AbilityRE, a not-for-profit organisation promoting inclusivity in the Real Estate and Built Environment sectors.
